OVERVIEW OF POSITION
Do you have a successful track record in sales or tele-sales; and experience in making outbound calls and have engaging conversations with decision makers? Join our inside team of solutions consultants that assist existing customers and new prospects choose the right product to fit their needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
o Follow up on marketing qualified inbound leads, emails, and phone calls from business owners and managers.
o Demonstrate success in closing qualified leads; Identify prospect needs that lead to new software subscriptions and hardware sales.
o Work with target databases and leads generated from marketing programs and online advertising.
o Work with CRM system. (preferably Netsuite, Salesforce or similar)
o Must be technically proficient and become an in-house expert on product features and benefits.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
College Degree Preferred. Successful track record in sales or telesales. Experience in making outbound calls and have engaging conversations with decision makers.
SKILLS and ABILITIES
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal direction. Extremely computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office. Previous experience with CRM software programs such as Netsuite preferred. Accuracy and attention to detail. Professional demeanor and integrity. Superior organization skills and team player. Strong interpersonal skills required. Ability to understand customer problems and offer creative solutions.
