Critical Incident Phone Support for Desktop Software

Telephone support for Legacy PayClock Desktop Software is discontinued effective January 1, 2019. For critical issues that can not be resolved online, a Single Incident Phone Support Plan will be made available for a charge of $100. 100% of this charge can be applied towards an upgrade to PayClock Online within 30 days.

Desktop Software Phone Support Discontinued

While we continue to actively develop and provide regular improvements to the current PayClock Online Software, there have not been and will be no further fixes or enhancements to PayClock Desktop Software. Lathem no longer sells and has discontinued telephone support for installed desktop versions of PayClock Software.  Web Support is the only support currently available for Desktop Software. This includes online support tickets, and frequently asked questions (FAQs) available from our Knowledgebase.

If a critical issue arises, and you are unable to find a solution via Web Support, we offer a Single Incident Telephone Support plan for $100*.  100% of price paid for this plan can be applied to an upgrade PayClock Online within 30 days.

Recent Purchases of Desktop Software

We will make every reasonable effort to ensure the highest quality software experience to our customers.  Although new PayClock Desktop softtware systems were officially discontinued in early 2018, we are aware that some desktop products were still available in existing inventory in the market.  As such, we will provide no charge phone support for 12 months from your date of original purchase and product registration.
