Lathem stopped selling PayClock Desktop Software in January of 2018. We discontinued no charge telephone support for Desktop PayClock Software in January of 2019. Effective January 2020, we will no longer provide: telephone support to end users or dealers, ASA's, employee capacity upgrades, CDs or software download links.
While we continue to actively develop and provide regular improvements to the current PayClock Online Software, there have not been and will be no further fixes or enhancements to PayClock Desktop Software. Unlock Codes and Password Resets for PayClock desktop software versions are no longer available.
Web Support is the only support currently available for Desktop Software. This includes online support tickets, and frequently asked questions (FAQs) available from our Knowledgebase. Desktop customers can continue using their desktop software without support, or use self-help (knowledge base and/or tickets) online at www.lathem.com/support.
