This position will be working with C-level leaders and end users to establish “best of class” processes, implement those processes, and train end users in how to accomplish goals utilizing our new NetSuite ERP system.
o Help Lathem evolve our core business processes to become “best of class” as we replace Mapics/Pointman system with NetSuite ERP in operations of manufacturing, procurement, customer service, marketing, sales and accounting.
o Analyze our core business requirements, determine the best process solutions going forward, oversee and perform data migration and integrations between applications, perform system testing, define optimal workflows and setup configurations.
o Manage IT staff through implementation, oversee user training and act as key liaison with the NetSuite and other 3rd party implementation teams.
o This is expected to be a 9-12 month engagement running Feb through Dec 2015.
Education and/or Experience
A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field is required. Consultant must also have at least (5) five years of business systems analysis experience and have experience leading the implementation of multiple ERP systems (preferably of NetSuite). Expert analytical skills are required, as well as thorough knowledge of the NetSuite software. Candidate must have ability to determine best practices and train others in implementation of those practices.
Language Skills
Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read, analyze, and respond appropriately to common inquiries or complaints from external and internal customers. Must be able to communicate to all levels of users and vendors.

Must possess ability to identify discrepancies, explain problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Must be detail oriented; be able to make sound decisions; and use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
