PayClock EZ comes standard with a 50 employee license and supports only up to 150 employees total. PayClock Pro Version 4 now comes standard with a 100 employee license and may be expanded up to 1000 employees. Click for more info.

Multi-User Standard

PayClock EZ and prior versions of PayClock Pro supported only 1 concurrent user. PayClock Pro Version 4 now comes standard with a 3 user license so that a wider range of your management team can access the system and help control labor costs. Local area network compatible

Local area network compatible � Software can now be installed on a server and accessed from other workstations.

Client-Server technology

Underlying technology is modern, allows database backups, key processing, and security management to take place on a secured server. Clients may or may not install software locally depending upon concurrent user requirements and company policies.

Support for multiple terminals

PayClock EZ supports only one terminal. Now add additional PC100s, TouchStation finger print terminals or PC400s to expand the environment and place terminals closer to work places and facility entrances.

Multiple paid and unpaid breaks

PayClock EZ only supports one auto break. Up to 50 definable breaks including paid, unpaid, fixed or flexible.

Support for Quickbooks 2005

PayClock now supports behind the scenes seamless integration with the latest 2005 QuickBooks Pro, Premier and Enterprise edition products. This integration ensures employees, pay codes and payable hours are always up to date and synchronized between the two applications making payroll preparation fast, easy, and accurate.

With the PC400TX terminal you will be able to utilize all of your existing badges and just tap into your existing Ethernet network cabling.
