Product Updates

Before downloading software updates, check to make sure you are using the latest version available.  New versions contain many enhancements and updates designed to make your software more powerful and easy to use.  For most recent versions of PayClock EZ, Pro, or TouchStation, use the Online Update feature built right into the software.  Use Help / Online / Update to check for the latest maintenance release for your software.  You may then choose to automatically download and install the latest patch if applicable.  .  The manual downloads below are primarily for older software versions.

Important Announcement

PayClock Version 5 has been released and is available for purchase to upgrade many prior versions of PayClock EZ and PayClock Pro.  This new software improves many areas of functionality, offers many new features, and  much more.  Shipments are schedule to start in February 2008.

If you have installed or are planning to install (either manually or through the Windows Automatic Update) Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2, then you will need to download and install the self-extracting install below.  This install will correct a runtime error 339 that occurs when you attempt to run reports in Payclock EZ version 2003 and 2004.

Update for the Touchstation Management Software

If you use the online update feature of the Touchstation Management Software and are experiencing problems, you can download this updated file and install it in your c:\windows\system32 directory.

Update for the Touchstation Management Software

If you are experiencing a notification bubble stating that the TouchStation is unplugged, download and apply this update file to your system where the TouchStation is installed. You should only install this patch on Touchstation Manager 4.11. Installation on later versions of the software may render the software unusable.

Terminal Manager Update for PC3500TX Clocks

If you are using PC3500TX clocks in a TCP/IP environment and you are running Payclock Pro version 3.355, you should install this patch. 

Download the self-extracting zip file and save the file to a temp directory or your desktop.  Run the self-extracting zip file and extract the contents into your c:\payclock folder (or the folder where your Payclock software is located..

Payclock EZ Terminal Manager Update

This self extracting executable updates Terminal Manager in Payclock EZ version 3.13.  You must be running Payclock EZ version 3.13 (also available for download) in order to install and run this patch.  This patch updates the terminal manager utility and removes 'phantom punches' from the previous year.

Upgrading PC2000 Software to Version 3.22

This download is for existing users of the PayClock 2000 software who wish to upgrade to the latest release level (Version 3.22).

Please note:  This upgrade is for existing version 3.x customer only.  If you are running version 2.x software, a charge is associated with this upgrade.

You must also download and install the report manager patch after installing this upgrade.

You should not download this file if you are running version 3.60 or higher.
 

Installation Instructions:
Download the file and then double click on the self-extracting executable.

1. Click the link to download the setup.exe file to your hard drive.
2. When prompted, choose save file to disk.
3. After the setup.exe file has been downloaded, run the application by double-clicking the file from Explorer or using the Start | Run... command from Win95.
4. Follow the setup instructions shown on the screen.
5. When the setup application finishes, the patch is complete.

PayClock 2000 Patch Version 2.60b

1. Click on the link to download the pc2000.exe file to your hard drive.
2. When prompted, choose save file to disk.
3. Once the download has been completed, copy the file to your PayClock 2000 directory (normally C:\PCW2000).
4. A message informing you that this file already exists will ask if you want to overwrite the existing file. Choose "yes" to replace the old file with the new one you just downloaded.
5. The patch is now complete.

PayClock 1000 Patch Version 1.6.01b

1. Click on the link to download the treports.exe file to your hard drive.
2. When prompted, choose save file to disk.
3. Once the download has been completed, copy the file to your TourREPORTS directory (normally C:\TREPORTS).
4. A message informing you that this file already exists will ask if you want to overwrite the existing file. Choose "yes" to replace the old file with the new one you just downloaded.
5. The upgrade is now complete and your copy of TourREPORTS is Y2K compliant.
