Overview

PayClock Online

With PayClock Online, employers have full access to the same functionality as comparable desktop systems and more from any internet connected computer. Employees can clock in and out, track their time, and view time card totals and benefit information with free mobile access from iPhone, Android and Windows smart phones. A new Windows 8 application, PayClock Online Punch, is also available in the Windows Store.

In addition to mobile access for employees and supervisors, PayClock Online works seamlessly with Lathem's popular time clocks including the PC600 Series touchscreen and badge terminals, and the FaceIN Series of biometric face recognition terminals

Requirements

System Requirements
A computer with either Microsoft Windows (XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Server 2003, or Server 2008 ) or Mac OS 10, a high-speed Internet connection, and at least Microsoft Internet Explorer 7, Firefox, Safari for Mac, or Chrome.
*Exports to QuickBooks, Peachtree, and Simply, require agent software running on a local Windows computer

Supported Time Clock Models
PayClock online works with the following Lathem time clock models: PC600, PC670, FR650*, FR700*, PC100*, PC50*, PC60*, TS100*.
*Communication with these models require the use of agent polling software running on a local Windows computer
