Lathem Time Announces a Low-Cost Time and Attendance
Solution for Paychex Clients

with Paychex’s (NASDAQ: PAYX) Paylink® software, a desktop payroll
solution for small- to medium-sized businesses, and Paychex's
Major Market Services Preview® software, a PC-based option for
larger businesses with more complex payroll and benefits needs.
This exchange of critical data helps small businesses who use
both products to manage their business more efficiently – saving
them valuable time, money and resources.

The PayClock EZ system is currently available at 2,000 retail

clients a more affordable total solution than reoccurring monthly

PayClock's

and eliminates inaccuracies associated with manual calculations,
