LATHEM TIME ANNOUNCES A LOW-COST, EASY AND ACCURATE TIME AND ATTENDANCE SOLUTION FOR ADP CUSTOMERS

ATLANTA, Ga. – July 20, 2004 -- Lathem Time Corporation, one of the world’s leading designers and manufacturers of time and attendance products for small business, today announced that its No. 1-selling automated timekeeping system, PayClock® EZ, shares data with Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP)® (NYSE: ADP) products. This exchange of critical data helps small businesses manage their business more efficiently – allowing customers to change payroll providers without changing their clock and buy the system rather than renting it.
