Retail / Direct Customer - Many PayClock EZ users made their purchase at large retailers such as Office Depot or Staples.  Software upgrades are only available direct from Lathem or from our network of independent dealers mentioned above.  For ordering direct, we offer several convenient ways to order your upgrade: online, phone, fax or mail.

Local Independent Dealer Customer - Lathem has an extensive network of value-added dealers who are experts in time and attendance, help with selection, and even offer installation and maintenance services.  If you purchased your system from a local independent dealer, we encourage you to contact this dealer for your upgrade to ensure you get the proper version and that your installation goes smoothly.

Support Agreement Customer – Most Annual Support Agreement holders pay only $99 per year * for complete protection on their hardware and software investment.  Free software updates and upgrades, hardware coverage, and technical support make this a very popular option for PayClock users.
