Technical Support Policy

In an effort to maintain a consistently high level of technical support to our customer base, we will only provide telephone support for the current and prior versions of our PayClock EZ software.

Who is a candidate for this upgrade:

1. Anyone currently using PayClock EZ software with a PC100 terminal.

Who is NOT a candidate for this upgrade:

1. Anyone currently using PayClock Pro software.
2. Any customer currently using PayClock EZ software with an older PC1000 terminal¹.

¹Please contact Lathem Time for special upgrade options for the PC1000 terminal.
